Resources to help you learn more about pain-
Louis Gifford and Phillippa Tindle are a pair of zoologists who became physiotherapists. Gifford is a prolific educator and writer. Their site offers the Topical Issues in Pain book series for physiotherapists.

NOI provides workshops worldwide to physiotherapists interested in working from a pain perspective. David Butler's books are available from this site. A discussion forum on pain assists therapists to broaden their thinking.

Michael Shacklock teaches neurodynamics worldwide. His books are sold through this site; the CD showing real time ultrasound images of nerves moving through tissue is a must see.
